1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Enrolly. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Enrolly platform ("Service", "Platform") provided by Enrolly ("we", "us", "our").
By accessing or using Enrolly, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use Enrolly. If you are under 18, you may only use the Service with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
2. Description of Service
Enrolly is a tutor management platform designed for Singapore's independent teaching professionals. The Service provides tools for:
- Student information and contact management
- Lesson scheduling and calendar management
- Automated invoice generation with PayNow QR codes or Embedded Payment Link
- Parent portal for schedule and policy access
- Digital policy management and signatures
- Financial dashboards and payment tracking
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We make no guarantees regarding service availability or uptime.
3. Account Registration and Security
Account Information
To use Enrolly, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to:
- Provide truthful and accurate registration information
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Keep your password secure and confidential
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You may not:
- Share your account credentials with others
- Create multiple accounts for the same individual or organisation
- Transfer or sell your account to another party
- Use another user's account without permission
4. Subscription Plans and Pricing
Available Plans
Enrolly offers the following subscription tiers:
- Free Plan: Up to 5 students with basic scheduling and student management
- Basic Plan: $10/month for up to 25 students
- Standard Plan: $20/month for unlimited students with PayNow invoice generation
- Pro Plan: Custom pricing with advanced features including automated payment tracking and priority support
Billing and Automatic Renewal
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel your subscription.
All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with at least 30 days' advance notice. Price changes will apply to your next billing cycle after the notice period.
Free Trial
New users may be eligible for a 30-day free trial with access to all platform features. After the trial period, your account will revert to the Free Plan unless you subscribe to a paid plan.
5. Payment Terms
Payment Methods
We accept credit card payments for subscription billing, processed securely through Razorpay. By providing payment information, you authorise Razorpay to charge your payment method.
Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we will notify you and may attempt to process the payment again. If payment cannot be collected after reasonable attempts, your account may be downgraded to the Free Plan or suspended.
Taxes
All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and exclude applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for paying any applicable taxes, including GST.
6. Refund Policy
No Refunds: All subscription fees are non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription, you will not receive a refund for the current billing period.
Pro-Rated Cancellation: When you cancel a paid subscription, your account will remain active with full paid features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will automatically downgrade to the Free Plan.
Free Trial: If you cancel during the 30-day free trial period, you will not be charged.
7. Cancellation and Termination
Your Right to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Account Deletion
If you delete your Enrolly account, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days, except for financial records that must be retained for legal and tax compliance purposes.
Our Right to Terminate
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Violate these Terms of Service
- Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
- Use the Service in a manner that harms our systems or other users
- Fail to pay subscription fees
Effect of Termination
Upon termination or expiration of your account:
- Your access to the Service will cease immediately
- Your data will be deleted within 30 days (except as required by law)
- No refunds will be provided for prepaid subscription fees
- Sections of these Terms that should survive termination will remain in effect
8. User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use
Data Accuracy
You are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of all information you enter into Enrolly, including student data, parent contact information, and financial records.
Consent and Compliance
As a tutor using Enrolly, you must:
- Obtain appropriate consent from parents or guardians before entering student data (especially for minors)
- Comply with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) in your handling of personal data
- Use student and parent information only for legitimate tutoring and educational purposes
- Maintain appropriate confidentiality of student information
Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
- Engage in fraudulent activities or misrepresent information
- Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or malicious code
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
- Use automated tools to scrape or collect data from the Service
- Send spam or unsolicited communications through the Service
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Violate the intellectual property rights of Enrolly or others
Content Ownership
You retain ownership of all data and content you enter into Enrolly, including student records, lesson notes, and financial information. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
Platform Ownership
Enrolly and all related software, designs, trademarks, and content (excluding user-generated content) are owned by Enrolly and protected by intellectual property laws.
Limited License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use Enrolly for your tutoring business, subject to these Terms. This license does not permit you to:
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service
- Distribute, sell, or sublicense the Service to others
- Remove or alter any copyright or proprietary notices
10. Data Ownership and Export
Your Data: You own all student data, lesson records, and other information you input into Enrolly. You may export your data at any time through the platform's export features.
Our License: By using Enrolly, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and use your data solely for the purposes of providing and improving the Service. We will not sell your data to third parties.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Service Provided "As Is"
Enrolly is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:
- The accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the Service
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
- The security of your data (though we implement reasonable safeguards)
- The results you may achieve from using the Service
No Business Guarantees
We make no guarantees that using Enrolly will increase your revenue, improve your business performance, or achieve any specific results. Your success depends on many factors beyond our control.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, Enrolly shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
- Errors or inaccuracies in user-entered data
- Issues arising from third-party services (payment processors, analytics providers)
- Unauthorised access to your account due to compromised credentials
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of Enrolly shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Payment Processor Disclaimer
We are not responsible for issues arising from our payment processors (Razorpay and HitPay), including failed transactions, delays, or disputes. Such issues are subject to the payment processors' own terms and policies.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Enrolly and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use or misuse of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any laws or regulations
- Your violation of the rights of any third party
- Any disputes with students, parents, or guardians
- Your failure to obtain proper consent for collecting student data
- Your non-compliance with PDPA or other data protection laws
13. PayNow, Embedded Payment Link and Invoice Features
Invoice Generation
Enrolly allows you to generate invoices with PayNow QR codes or Embedded Payment Link for your students and their parents. You acknowledge that:
- Enrolly is not a payment processor and does not handle the actual payment transactions
- You are responsible for collecting payments from your students or their parents
- We are not liable for non-payment, late payment, or payment disputes
Tax Compliance
You are responsible for ensuring your invoices comply with Singapore tax laws and for filing appropriate tax returns. We do not provide tax advice or guarantee that invoices generated through Enrolly meet all legal requirements.
14. Parent Portal Access
The Parent Portal feature allows you to share lesson schedules, policies, and other information with parents and guardians. You acknowledge that:
- You control what information is shared through the Parent Portal
- You are responsible for managing parent access credentials
- You must obtain appropriate consent before sharing student information with parents
- Enrolly is not liable for disputes arising from parent portal access or shared information
- You are responsible for any unauthorised access resulting from shared credentials
15. Third-Party Services
Enrolly integrates with third-party services including Google Analytics (for analytics), Razorpay (for subscription billing), and HitPay (for invoice payment processing). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for the practices, performance, or availability of third-party services.
16. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Jurisdiction
You agree that any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Enrolly shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
Informal Resolution
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us at shaowen@enrolly.co to resolve disputes informally in good faith.
17. Force Majeure
Enrolly shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters, pandemics, or acts of God
- Government actions, laws, or regulations
- Wars, terrorism, or civil unrest
- Internet service provider failures or cyber attacks
- Third-party service outages (hosting, payment processors)
18. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by:
- Sending an email to your registered email address
- Displaying a prominent notice on the Enrolly platform
- Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms
Your continued use of Enrolly after the effective date of modified Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Service and cancel your account.
19. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
20. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Enrolly regarding your use of the Service, and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
